This section describes the flow chart of emergency maintenance.

NOTE:
  • During troubleshooting, maintain detailed records of operation procedures and results, which can provide reference for Huawei technical support personnel and thus handle the emergency sooner.

  • When a fault persists, contact Huawei Customer Service Center. For contact information, see section "Technical Support."

The main purpose of emergency maintenance is to recover a system operation and service provision as soon as possible. Figure 3-1 shows the flow chart of emergency maintenance.
