Resetting an RU

Resetting an RU


If an RU cannot work properly after being upgraded, reset the RU. You can run the display ap all command to check the RU State field to determine whether an RU is working properly. If the State field displays name-conflicted, ver-mismatch, config, config-failed, committing, or commit-failed, an RU fails to work properly.

Exercise caution when resetting an RU because services on the RU will be interrupted.


  1. Run:


    The system view is displayed.

  2. Run:


    The WLAN view is displayed.

  3. Run:

    ap-reset { all | ap-name ap-name | ap-mac ap-mac | ap-id ap-id | ap-group ap-group | ap-type { type type-name | type-id type-id } }

    RUs are reset.
