Delete the upgrade file or configuration file of the Smart Provisioning service.


./urest -H HOST -p PORT -U USERNAME -P PASSWORD delspcfg -T {RAIDCfg,FWUpdateCfg,DriveEraseCfg}






iBMC IP address or domain name. It is a mandatory parameter. If an IPv6 address is used, the IPv6 address must be included in square brackets, such as [1001::1001].



Port number. The default value is 443. It is an optional parameter.

Enter the port number if the default value 443 is not used.


iBMC user name. It is a mandatory parameter.



Password of the iBMC user. It is a mandatory parameter.



Type of the configuration to be deleted. It is a mandatory parameter.

  • RAIDCfg: deletes the RAID configuration.
  • FWUpdateCfg: deletes the upgrade file.
  • DriveEraseCfg: deletes drive erase configuration.

Usage Guidelines

  • Only FusionServer V5 servers and TaiShan 200 servers are supported. Atlas servers are not supported.
  • The BIOS version must be 0.39 or later.
  • Smart Provisioning must be installed on the server.


Obtain help information.

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -T {RAIDCfg,FWUpdateCfg,DriveEraseCfg}
                        SP service type

Delete the RAID configuration.
