Activating a Traffic Control Policy
If you have selected Activate Now in the Execution Result dialog box when creating a traffic control policy, the traffic control policy you have created will be automatically activated. In this case, skip this section. Only an active traffic control policy whose triggering time has not expired can adjust and control I/O performance indicators.
Prerequisites
The traffic control policy is inactive.
Procedure
- Log in to DeviceManager.
- Choose
Provisioning >
Resource Performance Tuning >
SmartQoS > Traffic Control.
- Select the traffic control policy you want to activate.
- Choose More > Activate.
The security alert dialog box is displayed.
- Click OK.
The Execution Result dialog box is displayed, indicating that the operation succeeded.
- Click Close.
