Viewing SmartPartition Information
This operation enables you to view basic information of a SmartPartition task.
Context
A license file that contains the SmartPartition license information has been imported into the storage system.
Procedure
- Log in to DeviceManager.
- Choose
Provisioning >
Resource Performance Tuning >
SmartPartition.
- View the SmartPartition information.
Table 3-1 describes related parameters.

Name of a SmartPartition task.

Name a SmartPartition in accordance with the following rules so that the cache partition is compatible with host applications.
- The name must be unique.
- The name can contain only letters, digits, periods (.), underscores (_), and hyphens (-).
- The value contains 1 to 31 characters.

Read Partition Size
Read partition size of the SmartPartition.
[Value range]
- The value cannot exceed the available read partition. Optional units are MB and GB.
- The value of a read partition must be at least 256 MB and an integral multiple of 128 MB. When the entered value is not an integral multiple, the system automatically changes the value to one that meets requirements.

Write Partition Size
Write partition size of the SmartPartition.
[Value range]
