Viewing Real-Time Monitoring Data
SystemReporter collects performance data of a device in real time to monitor its operating status. The Monitoring function allows you to view the real-time performance data or the latest hour of activity for objects such as controllers, front-end ports, and back-end ports of a storage system.
Context
Before viewing monitoring data, ensure that Collection Switch is enabled. If Collection Switch is disabled, choose System > System Configuration > Registration and Configuration and enable it.
This document describes how to view real-time monitoring data of controllers. This process is similar for other objects. For further details on this, see the corresponding SystemReporter user guide.

- Optional: Select an indicator template.
You can click Details after the Indicator Template drop-down list to view the indicators included in the current object type in the indicator template.
