Impact and Restrictions
This section introduces the impact of the interactions between the WORM feature and other features, and authentications supported by the WORM feature.
Interactions with Other Features
If a file system is configured with the WORM feature, the file system cannot be the primary or backup file system for HyperVault and cannot be configured with HyperClone (for file) or SmartMigration (for file). Compliance WORM does not support HyperMetro or SmartTier. Table 1-6 provides more details.
In WORM file systems, files in the Locked or Appending state can only be scanned for viruses but cannot be cleared.
