Viewing Ethernet Port Information

The following procedure guides you through how to view the information about an Ethernet port on a storage system.

Prerequisites

An Ethernet interface module has been properly installed on a controller.

Procedure

  1. Log in to DeviceManager.
  2. Choose System.
  3. Click the controller enclosure where the Ethernet port resides.
  4. Click to switch to the rear view.
  5. Click the Ethernet port whose information you want to view.

    The Ethernet Port dialog box is displayed.

  6. View the Ethernet port information.

    Table 6-2 describes Ethernet port parameters.

    NOTE:

    GUIs may vary with product versions and models. The actual GUIs prevail.
