clear sid_mapping_cache


The clear sid_mapping_cache command is used to clear SID mapping cache.


clear sid_mapping_cache controller=? [ from_sid=? | from_id=? ] [ id_type=? ]





controller Controller ID.

The value format can be "XA", "XB", "XC" and "XD", where the value of X can be an integer ranging from 0 to 3. To obtain the value, run the "show controller general" command.

from_sid Pre-mapping SID.

The value is a string containing 3 to 256 characters and must meet definitions in [MS-DTYP].

from_id Pre-mapping ID.

The value ranges from 0 to 4294967295.

id_type Type of a user or group.

The value can be "0", "1" and "7". Where:

  • "0": Local resource user group.
  • "1": Local resource user.
  • "7": Domain user or group.

Usage Guidelines



  • Clear cache of all SID mapping rules in the specified controller.

    developer:/>clear sid_mapping_cache controller=0A
    Command executed successfully.
  • Clear cache of the specified SID mapping rule in the specified controller.

    developer:/>clear sid_mapping_cache controller=0A from_sid=S-1-6-88-5
    Command executed successfully.
