change system config_msg_status


The change system config_msg_status command is used to disable or enable engine configuration.


change system config_msg_status action=?






Indicates to enable or disable engine configuration.

The value can be "allow" or "forbid", where:

  • forbid:to disable engine configuration.
  • allow:to enable engine configuration.

Usage Guidelines



To prevent the current engine from sending configuration messages, run the following command:

developer:/>change system config_msg_status action=forbid 
DANGER: You are going to perform system configuration control operations. If you disable engine configuration, configuration changes cannot be performed on the engine. If you enable engine configuration, configuration changes can be performed on the engine. 
Suggestion: Before you run this command, confirm that you have selected the engine you want to configure. 
Have you read danger alert message carefully?(y/n)y 
Are you sure you really want to perform the operation?(y/n)y 
Command executed successfully.
