create resource_user general

Function

The create resource_user general command is used to create a resource user.

Format

create resource_user general name=? primary_group_name=? [ user_id=? ] [ secondary_group_names=? ]

name=?

Name of a resource user.

The value consists of the minimal length of a user name (view the minimum length by running the show resource_user safe_strategy command) to 32 characters, and cannot contain spaces, control character or any of the following special characters: "/\[]:;|=,+*?<>@. The last character cannot be a period (.).

Run the "show resource_user general" command to query the resource users in the current system.

primary_group_name=?

Name of a primary resource group.

The value contains 1 to 63 characters.

Run the "show resource_group general" command to obtain the value.

user_id=?

ID of a resource user.

The value ranges from 0 to 900,000.

Run the "show resource_user general" command to query the resource users in the current system.

secondary_group_names=?

Secondary group associated with the resource user.

A maximum of 99 secondary group names can be specified, and they must be separated from each other using commas (,).

  • To create a resource user, run the following command.
    admin:/>create resource_user general name=user01 primary_group_name=group1

    Reenter password:******** 
    Command executed successfully.
  • To query all resource users, run the following command.
