Function

change iostat policy command is used to set an I/O statistical policy.

change iostat policy [ forward_seek_range=? ] [ backward_seek_range=? ] [ read_io_size_range=? ] [ write_io_size_range=? ] [ read_io_size=? ] [ write_io_size=? ] [ io_delay_range=? ]

forward_seek_range=? Forward seek range.
  • The value contains five increasing integers, which are separated by commas (",").
  • Each integer ranges from 0 to 99, expressed in percentage.
  • The default value is "0,20,40,60,80".
backward_seek_range=? Backward seek range.
  • The value contains five increasing integers, which are separated by commas (",").
  • Each integer ranges from 0 to 99, expressed in percentage.
  • The default value is "0,20,40,60,80".
read_io_size_range=? Read I/O range.
  • The value contains five increasing integers, which are separated by commas (",").
  • Each integer ranges from 0 to 4,294,967,295, expressed in KB.
Example: 1,100,1000,10000,100000
write_io_size_range=? Write I/O range.
  • The value contains five increasing integers, which are separated by commas (",").
  • Each integer ranges from 0 to 4,294,967,295, expressed in KB.
