Function

The remove smart_cache_partition file_system command is used to remove a file system from a SmartCache partition.

To obtain the value, run "show smart_cache_partition general".

file_system_id_list=?

File system ID list.

To obtain the value, run "show smart_cache_partition file_system smartcache_partition_id=x". X is the ID of a specific SmartCache partition.Multiple IDs are separated by commas (,), or ID range separated by hyphens (-), such as: 0,5-8.

Usage Guidelines

OceanStor 18500 V5/18800 V5 storage systems support this command.

Example

To remove file system 1 from SmartCache partition 0, run the following command.

admin:/>remove smart_cache_partition file_system smart_cache_partition_id=0 file_system_id_list=1 
WARNING: You are about to remove file system 1 from the SmartCache partition 0. The deletion is irreversible.This operation deletes the relation-ship of the file system and the SmartCache partition from the system, and may affect file system performance. 
Suggestion: Before performing this operation, ensure that you have selected the correct file system which is considered unnecessary. 
Have you read warning message carefully?(y/n)y 
Are you sure you really want to perform the operation?(y/n)y 
Remove the file_system 1 from smart_cache_partition successfully.
