The show share_permission cifs command is used to query the permissions of a CIFS share.


show share_permission cifs { share_permission_id=? | share_id=? }






Share permission ID.

The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.

The value is an integer ranging from 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.



Usage Guidelines

Parameters share_permission_id and share_id are mutually exclusive.


  • To query information about all permissions associated with a CIFS share, run the following command:
    admin:/>show share_permission cifs share_id=4 
    Share Permission ID Access Name Share ID Domain Type Permission Type  
    ------------------- ----------- -------- ----------- ---------------  
    1 user1 4 Local All Control  
    2 @group1 4 Local All Control
  • To query information about CIFS share permission 1, run the following command:
    admin:/>show share_permission cifs share_permission_id=1 
    Share Permission ID : 1  
    Access Name : user1

    Permission Type : All Control
