Function

The import tls_cert command is used to import a security certificate file, CA certificate file into a quorum server.

Format

import tls_cert { cert=? | ca=? } *

Name of the security certificate file.

The value contains 1 to 63 characters, including letters, digits, periods (.), hyphens (-), and underscores (_), and must start with a letter or digit.

ca=?

Name of the CA certificate file.

The value contains 1 to 63 characters, including letters, digits, periods (.), hyphens (-), and underscores (_), and must start with a letter or digit.

Usage Guidelines

  • This command must be executed on a quorum server.
  • The file to be imported must reside in the "export_import" directory of the quorum server.
  • The security certificate file to be imported must the one issued when the security certificate request file is exported from the quorum server last time and must be in the PEM format.
  • A quorum server is available only when the security certificate and CA certificate exist.
  • Trusted CA certificates imported into quorum servers must be issued by the CA organization that issues the CA certificates for storage arrays that want to connect to the quorum servers. When a quorum server needs to connect to multiple storage arrays or a storage array needs to connect to multiple quorum servers, ensure that all the certificates are issued by the same CA organization and import the same CA certificates into the storage arrays and quorum servers.
  • Importing certificates into a quorum server causes the quorum server to be disconnected.

Example

Import a security certificate file and a CA certificate file into a quorum server.
