This document is applicable to OceanStor 18500 V5, 18800 V5, 18500F V5, and 18800F V5. Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

export file_system dirtydata


The export file_system dirtydata command is used to export the dirty data in an offline file system.


export file_system dirtydata filesystem_id=? backup_filesystem_id=?





filesystem_id=? File system ID. ID of the file system whose dirty data needs to be exported.

To obtain the value, run the "show file_system general" command.

backup_filesystem_id=? File system ID. ID of the file system where the dirty data is saved.

To obtain the value, run the "show file_system general" command.

Usage Guidelines

  • This command can export the dirty data in an offline file system only to a specific file system. The two file systems must be in the same storage system.
  • The system automatically generates a file path to save the dirty data. You can run the "show file_system dirtydata" command to check the file path and the data exporting status.
  • You are advised to create a file system to save the dirty data.


Export the dirty data in file system "1" to file system "2".
