Usage Guidelines

To report the failure of chunk 3456 that is in member disk 522 of chunk group 70434275999744 (hexadecimal 400F42004000), run the following command:

developer:/>change disk_domain report_ck_isolate disk_domain_id=0 disk_id=522 ckg_object_id=70434275999744 chunk_id=3456
DANGER: You are about to isolate a chunk of a disk. This operation will isolate the chunk and start partial reconstruction. Incorrect chunk isolation may cause data loss or even service interruption.
Suggestion: Before you perform this operation,
1. Check whether member disks in the corresponding CKG of the specified chunk are all normal. Failures of multiple disks may cause service interruption.
2. Check whether other member disks in the corresponding CKG of the chunk have other bad block tags.
3. Check the number of chunks that have been isolated on the disk. If more than three chunks are isolated, the disk will fail.
4. Check whether the parameters of the command used for isolating the chunk are correctly configured and that the chunk must be isolated.
