This document is applicable to OceanStor 18500 V5, 18800 V5, 18500F V5, and 18800F V5. Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

Function

The dq command is used to disable or enable the query and routine tests.

Format

dq [parameter]

parameter Disables or enables the query and routine tests.

The value is "0", "1", or "2", a hexadecimal value is also supported. where:

  • "0": disables polling.
  • "1": enables all polling.
  • "2": reserves handshaking only.

Usage Guidelines

  • If current status of the query and routine tests is disabled and you run the "dq" command without parameters or run the "dq 1" command, the status of the query and routine tests will be enabled.
  • If current status of the query and routine tests is enabled and you run the "dq" command without parameters or run the "dq 0" command, the status of the query and routine tests will be disabled.
  • If you run the "dq 2" command, only handshaking will be reserved.
  • If you run this command to disable routine tests, the running status of a device system cannot be monitored. Running this command is a highly risky operation. Execute this command with caution when there are ongoing services.

Example

Run the "dq" command to disable the query and routine tests.
