change remote_replication cfg_switch

change remote_replication cfg_switch

The change remote_replication cfg_switch command is used to modify the configuration synchronization switch of remote replication.

change remote_replication cfg_switch pair_id=? partition_type=? option_type=? switch=?

pair_id Remote replication pair ID.

To obtain the value, run the "show remote_replication unified" command.

partition_type Type of a configuration synchronization partition.
  • "nfs_share": NFS share partition.
  • "smb_share": SMB share partition.
  • "quota": quota partition.
  • "fs_comm": file system public partition.
option_type Option type ID.
  • For an NFS share partition, the value is "0".
  • For an SMB share partition, the value is "0" or "1".
  • For a quota partition, the value is "0".
  • For a fs_comm partition, the value is "0".
switch Switch status.

The value can be "on" or "off".

Usage Guidelines

Run this command under the guidance of R&D engineers.

Modify the switch status of the configuration synchronization partition for a specified remote replication pair. The pair ID is "200bc79b99520000", partition_type is "NFS_share", option_type is "0", and the switch status is "Off".

developer:/>change remote_replication cfg_switch pair_id=200bc79b99520000 partition_type=nfs_share option_type=0 switch=off
DANGER: You are about to perform maintenance on the remote replication configuration. This operation will lead to the inconsistency of user configuration between the two ends of a remote replication pair. When the remote replication pair link is normal, this operation can change the status of the remote replication pair configuration synchronization switch to "enabled" or "disabled". The switch is enabled by default. When the switch is disabled, user's configuration on the local end of the remote replication pair only takes effect on the local end and will not be synchronized to the remote end. User configuration is not forbidden on the remote end.
Suggestion: Before the operation, contact the engineers and perform all the operations under their guidance. Besides, confirm that:
1. No other user is performing configuration on the system.
2. The input operation parameters are correct.Have you read danger alert message carefully?(y/n)y
Are you sure you really want to perform the operation?(y/n)y
Command executed successfully.
