Alarm ID.


Cache interval.

Is Default

Indicates whether the alarm to be cached before it is reported is modified. If the alarm to be cached before it is reported is static and is not modified,the value is "Yes". If the alarm to be cached before it is reported is static and is modified,the value is "No". If the alarm to be cached before it is reported is not static, the value is "No".
