disklog query


The disklog query command is used to query disk logs of the specified scope on a disk.


disklog query -p poolid -d diskid [ -b beginlba -l length ]






Disk domain ID.

To obtain the value, run the "show disk_domain general" command in super administrator mode.


Logical disk ID.

To obtain the value, run the "pmgr showdisk" command.


Start address on a disk, -l length must be specified after this parameter is specified.

The value must be smaller than the maximum disk capacity and is expressed in sectors.

Usage Guidelines

Run the "disklog query -p poolid -d diskid" command to query the log information of the entire disk.

Run the "disklog query -p poolid -d diskid [ -b beginlba -l length ]" command to query the log information of the specified scope.


Query disk logs of disk domain 0 and disk ID 512.

admin:/diagnose>disklog query -p 0 -d 512 
  Query Disk Log       : Success 
  Total Log Number : 0
