OceanStor 18000 and 18000F V5 Series V500R007

This document is applicable to OceanStor 18500 V5, 18800 V5, 18500F V5, and 18800F V5. Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

dpumm_shm show usage


The dpumm_shm show usage command is used to show the usage of the shared memory pool.


dpumm_shm show usage -po <poolId> usermode





poolId Memory pool ID.


usermode This parameter is mandatory. It must be added to the end of a command as a suffix to query user state information.

The value can be:

  • "-app_data": executes the command for the app_data process.
  • "-devm": executes the command for the devm process.
  • "-sys_app": executes the command for the sys_app process.
  • "-cfg_app": executes the command for the cfg_app process.

OceanStor 18500 V5 Kunpeng, 18500F V5 Kunpeng, 18800 V5 Kunpeng and 18800F V5 Kunpeng storage systems support this command.


Show the usage of the specified memory pool by modules.

admin:/diagnose> dpumm_shm show usage -po 0x2c60002 -app_data
