This document is applicable to OceanStor 18500 V5, 18800 V5, 18500F V5, and 18800F V5. Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

show ccdb general


The show ccdb general is used to query the CCDB information.


show ccdb general obj_type=? [ controller=? ]





obj_type=? Operation object type.

The value can be:

  • backup_files: queries backup file information.
  • ccdb_status: queries CCDB running status.
  • ccdb_db_status: queries CCDB database health status.
  • ccdb_raid_status: queries CCDB RAID group status.
The query of other objects is not supported currently.
controller=? Controller ID.

The value is in the format of "XA" or "XB" or "XC" or "XD", where the "X" is an integer ranging from 0 to 3, for example: "0A", "1C".

Usage Guidelines

You can run the "show ccdb general" command to query the CCDB information. By default, the command is directly delivered to the current controller to query the CCDB information. If parameter "controller" is specified, the CCDB information about the specified controller is queried. The query result is displayed on the current controller.


  • Querying the CCDB backup file list.

    developer:/>show ccdb general obj_type=backup_files
    Backup File List : fileId:0, fileName:backup-2015-04-27-11-33-02.tar
    fileId:1, fileName:backup-2015-04-27-11-47-48.tar
    fileId:2, fileName:backup-2015-04-27-11-48-56.tar
  • Querying the running status of CCDB.

    developer:/>show ccdb general obj_type=ccdb_status
    CCDB Status : Normal
  • Querying the health status of the CCDB database.

    developer:/>show ccdb general obj_type=ccdb_db_status
    CCDB DB Status : Normal
  • Querying the status of the CCDB RAID groups.

    developer:/>show ccdb general obj_type=ccdb_raid_status
    CCDB RAID Status : Normal
