This document is applicable to OceanStor 18500 V5, 18800 V5, 18500F V5, and 18800F V5. Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

show space_task general


The show space_task general command is used to query information about a single background space management task or background space management tasks in batches.


show space_task general [ task_id=? ]





task_id=? Task ID.

To obtain all task IDs, run the "show space_task general" command.Parameter is in integer range 0~2147483647.

Usage Guidelines

This command cannot be executed on the CLI to which you log in using the management IP address of the SVP. Before executing this command, use the management IP address to log in to the desired controller.


  • Query information about all background space management tasks.
