Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

The change repair configuration command is used to configure the current bad sector repair function.


change repair configuration [ enabled=? ] [ verify_period=? ] [ verify_times=? ]






Whether to enable bad sector repair.

The value can be "yes" or "no", where:

  • "yes": to enable bad sector repair.
  • "no": not to enable bad sector repair.


Cycle of enabling bad sector repair.

The value ranges between "0" and "600", expressed in seconds.


Number of times to enable bad sector repair.

The value ranges between "0" and "30".

Usage Guidelines



To configure the current bad sector repair function, run the following command:

developer:/>change repair configuration enabled=yes verify_period=100 verify_times=6 
WARNING: You are going to adjust bad sector repair parameters. The bad sector repair parameters include bad sector verification period and times. If the times of the periodical verification failure reaches the set value, the disk containing the bad sector is failing.
