Function

The change remote_replication short_time_outcommand is used to modify the timeout period of I/Os written to the secondary storage array during dual-write of synchronous remote replication to five seconds.

Usage Guidelines

  • This command is only used to modify the timeout period of the synchronous remote replication.
  • This command can be implemented only when the links between the primary storage array and the secondary storage array in the remote replication is normal.
  • This command can be implemented only when modification of the timeout period is supported by the primary storage array and the secondary storage array in the remote replication.

Example

Modify the remote I/O timeout period of remote replication "d8490b90ee140002" to five seconds.
