Based on the CLI, this document describes how to use various commands classified by functionsand how to set the CLI and manage the storage system through these commands.

show ddp ratio

Function

The show ddp ratio command is used to display saving information about the deduplication module, including the data quantity before deduplication, data quantity after compression, and the space occupied by deduplication metadata.

Format

show ddp ratio domain_id=? controller=?

Parameters

Value

domain_id=?

ID of the domain that you want to query.

To obtain the value, run the "show file_system general" or "show lun dedup_compress" command.

controller=?

Controller ID.

The value is in the format of "XA" or "XB" or "XC" or "XD", where the "X" is an integer ranging from 0 to 3, for example: "0A", "1C".

Usage Guidelines

  • Before running this command, confirm that you have selected the correct domain ID.
  • When runnning this command, specify a controller ID.

Example

To check the deduplication and compression statistics about domain "0" and the space occupied by metadata.
