Clearing APS Sessions


Monitor and clear abnormal or expired user sessions from APS servers.

A user session is a permanent request/response series between a user and a server.

Impact on the System

This operation has no adverse impact on the system.


You have logged in to FusionAccess. For details, see Logging In to FusionAccess.


Data preparation is not required for this operation.


  1. Select a user session clearance mode as required.

    • To view and manually clear user sessions, go to Step 2.
    • To configure an automatic user session clearance policy, go to Step 7.

Viewing and Manually Clearing User Sessions

  1. On the FusionAccess portal, choose Desktop > Application Group.
  2. Select the APS server whose user sessions are to be cleared and click View Session above the list to view the current login user sessions.
  3. Select the user sessions to be cleared and click Disconnect.
  4. In the displayed dialog box, click Confirm to disconnect the sessions.
  5. Repeat Step 3 to Step 5 to clear user sessions on other APS servers.

    The task is completed.

Configuring an Automatic User Session Clearance Policy

  1. On the FusionAccess portal, choose Desktop > Policy Management.
  2. Click Create Policy Group.
  3. On the Create Template page, set Policy Group Name and click Next.
  4. On the Specify Policies page, click AutoDisconnection.
  5. In the area where the service type is SBC, set the related parameters based on the actual situation, as shown in Figure 4-3.

  6. Click Next.
  7. Based on the object type and object name, select all APS servers and click.
  8. Click Save.
  9. In the displayed dialog box, click Confirm.

    The task is completed.
