Troubleshooting Methods for Unavailable Applications


Use the following methods to rectify the fault when users cannot use applications from SCs or TCs.


You have obtained the username and password for logging in to the HDP client, the domain name, and cloud server address.


Data preparation is not required for this operation.


  1. On the taskbar of the OS, right-click and choose Session logout.

    The SessionLogoutDialog dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select the session to be terminated and click Logout to deregister the session.
  3. Restart the application.
