Using Applications on an Android Device


After the application virtualization feature is deployed on the system side, you can access and use applications or shared desktops from the web interface (WI) after logging in to the system using an Android mobile device.

This task only supports mobile devices that run Android 4.1.2 or later.


The data and specific procedure of the initial configuration can be customized based on the actual situation.


Set Android login parameters.

  1. Open a browser on an Android device, and enter in the address box to go to Huawei HiSpace Store.
  2. Enter fusionaccess in the search box and tap Search.
  3. Download and install the fusionaccess application software.
  4. Tap the fusionaccess application to go to the login screen, and tap .

    The User Management screen is displayed.

  5. Tap .

    The Add screen is displayed.

  6. Set the label, server address, domain name, username, and password, and tap save, as shown in Figure 5-3.


    In multi-domain scenarios, enter the correct domain information to ensure successful login, for example,

    The cloud server address is the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or the service plane IP address of the WI server. If the FQDN is used, configure the DNS server address first.

Log in to the WI.

  1. Return to the User Management screen and tap the newly created user account.

    The Favority screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 5-4.

Use an application.

  1. Tap Favority or App to go to the related screen.
  2. Tap the required application to run and use the application.

Use a shared desktop.

  1. Go to the App screen and tap .
  2. Go to the Favority screen and tap Windows Desktop in the Favority list.

    The shared desktop can be used.
