Using Applications on TCs


After the application virtualization feature is deployed on the system, you can access applications or shared desktops from the web interface (WI) after logging in to the system using a thin client (TC).


Select a browser based on actual requirements.

  • The Mozilla Firefox browsers that can be used to log in to the WI are Mozilla Firefox 14 to 51.
  • The Safari browser on a TC cannot be used to log in to the WI.


  • Applications have been published.
  • You have obtained the username and password for logging in to the WI.




Set TC login parameters.

  1. Start the TC.
  2. On the TC where the AccessClient software has been installed, choose Start > All Programs > AccessClient > CloudClient.

    The Edit Server Information page is displayed.

  3. Enter information in Server Name and Server Address, and click OK.


    If there are multiple WI IP addresses, set the common WI IP address as the default IP address.

    • Server Name: specifies name of the WI server. For example, WI01.
    • Server Address: specifies IP or URL address on the service plane of the WI server. For example,

Log in to the WI.

  1. Enter the correct username and password, and press Enter.
  2. is displayed on the WI.

Access applications.

  1. Click Common APP or All APP.
  2. Click the required application to run the application remotely.

Access shared desktops.

  1. Click Common APP or All APP.
  2. Click Windows Desktop to access the shared desktop.
