Disabling or Enabling an Application

Scenarios

If an application is to be substituted or needs to be stopped, disable the application. After an application is disabled, users cannot view the application.

A disabled application can be enabled if necessary.

Disabling or enabling applications allows for flexible utilization of server resources as well as efficient management of applications.

Prerequisites

  • Applications have been published.

Data

Data preparation is not required for this operation.

Procedure

  1. On the FusionAccess portal, choose Desktop.
  2. In the navigation tree, click the application group to which the application to be disabled or enabled belongs under Application Group.
  3. In the application list, select an application and disable or enable it as required.

    • To disable the application, click Disable.
    • To enable the application, click Enable.

    The system displays a message indicating that the application is disabled or enabled successfully.
