Using Applications from a Chrome Device


After the application virtualization feature is deployed on the system, you can directly access and use remote applications or shared desktops on the WI from a Chrome device.


  • Applications have been published.
  • You have obtained the IP address of the cloud server, that is, the FQDN or service plane IP address of the WI server.
  • You have obtained the username and password for logging in to the WI.




Install the AccessClient.


You must install the AccessClient when logging in to a virtual desktop for the first time. After logging in to the virtual desktop, click click here to go to chrome web store, select the AccessClient, and click ADD TO CHROME to download it.

  1. Open a browser on the Chrome device.
  2. Enter

    chrome web store is displayed.

  3. In the search the store area, type AccessClient and press Enter.
  4. In App Results on the right, select AccessClient and click ADD TO CHROME.
  5. In the displayed dialog box, click Add app.

    The application is added.

  6. In the address box, type the address of the cloud server and press Enter.

Log in to the WI.

  1. Enter the correct username and password, and press Enter.
  2. is displayed on the WI.

Access applications.

  1. Click Common APP or All APP.
  2. Click the required application to run the application remotely.

Access shared desktops.

  1. Click Common APP or All APP.
  2. Click Windows Desktop to access the shared desktop.
