Adding Application Users


When a new user or user group applies for applications, authorize the new user or user group to use applications by adding the user or user group.


  • Applications have been published.

Application authorization parameters

Domain name

Specifies the domain to which the user or user group to be added belongs.

User(Group) name

  • Identifies an application name. The name can contain Chinese characters, digits, letters, spaces, and special characters: ~!@%^_+-, and cannot exceed 55 characters. The name cannot start with any of the following characters: !@%^.

The application name cannot consist of only digits. You are advised to set the application name to a combination of digits and letters.

  • An existing user or user group name cannot be reused.



  1. On the FusionAccess portal, choose Desktop.
  2. In the navigation tree, click the application group to be authorized under Application Group.
  3. In the application list, select one or multiple applications to be authorized and click Add Authorization.

    The Add User page is displayed.

  4. Set the following parameters based on the data plan, and click Add.

    • Domain name
    • User(Group) name

  5. Click Save.

    The system displays a message indicating that the user or user group is added successfully.
