Importing the Touch Panel Security Certificate

Certificates can be used to identify users and certificate authorities to improve communication security. One certificate was imported into the system at delivery.

  • Before importing a certificate, ensure that it is issued by a security authority to prevent security risks.
  • When applying for a certificate, specify its validity period (recommended: no more than 36 months). Import the certificate you have applied for at your first login to the touch panel. Besides, replace the certificate that is to be expired in time to prevent security risks.
  1. Copy the certificate to the SD card.
  2. Insert the SD card into the touch panel.
  3. Slide down from the top of the touch panel and tap .
  4. On the Settings screen, tap Additional settings under Security & privacy.
  5. Under CREDENTIAL STORAGE, tap Install from SD card to install the certificate.
