Checking Goods

This section describes the check items after you unpack the goods.


  1. Open the carton housing the packing list. Take out the packing list, and check the goods accordingly.

    • If goods missing or shortage occurs, fill in and submit the Goods Problem Feedback Form to the manufacturer local office.
    • During unpacking, if any goods damage is found, fill in and submit the Goods Replacement Application Form. Meanwhile, the project supervisor must fill in the Goods Problem Feedback Form, and submit it to the manufacturer local office within three days.
    • If the arrived goods are not those on the Packing List, properly store unpacked devices indoors. Photograph the device storage environment, rusted or eroded devices, packages, and packing materials, and then archive the photographs. Properly keep the unpacked packages and packing materials.

  2. Take out all the goods, and do not miss any parts.
  3. After checking all the goods, both parties sign the Packing List, and the goods recipient party stamps the official seal.
