Possible Causes

The slave MPU is Up.


  • Check wether the slave MPU is Up.

    • If the slave MPU is Up, go to step 3.
    • If the slave MPU is not Up, go to step 2.

  • Install the slave MPU and perform a master/slave switchover. Check whether the alarm is cleared.

    • If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 4.

    • If the alarm persists, go to Step 3.

  • Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
  • End.
