Stopping an Assistant


If an assistant is no longer needed, you can stop it.

Stopping a running assistant interrupts the task of the assistant. Exercise caution when you perform this operation.

This configuration process is supported only on the Admin-VS.


  1. Run the system-view command to enter the system view.
  2. Run the ops command to enter the OPS view.
  3. Stopping an assistant.

    • Stopping a command assistant.

      1. Run the assistant task-name command to enter the assistant view.

      2. Run the shutdown command to stop an assistant.

        To start the command assistant, run the undo shutdown command.

    • Stopping a script assistant.

      1. Run the shutdown script-assistant file-name command to stop a script assistant.

        To start the script assistant, run the undo shutdown script-assistant file-name command.

  4. Run the commit command to commit the configuration.
