Downloading Device Data Using a USB Flash Drive
You can download device logs using a USB flash drive over the monitoring panel, so that you can use the logs for issue review and troubleshooting.
Procedure
- The following table describes the procedure for downloading data using a USB flash drive. The parameter values in the following figures are for reference only.

3. Because of permission restriction, log in as Advanced User or Special User.NOTE:After passing the permission validation, the system keeps the authentication information for 30 seconds. If you exit the screen and log in again within the 30 seconds, no permission authentication is required.
