Checking Version Mapping

Checking Version Mapping

Scenario

This section guides software installation engineers to check version mappings of software and hardware and delivery engineers to obtain the FusionAccess Desktop Solution V100R006C20SPC100 Version Mapping. If the versions are not matched, problems will occur during the installation or usage.

Prerequisites

Procedure

Delivery engineers perform the following to check hardware versions:

  1. Check whether students' TCs are Sunniwell ZT3200. If they are not, replace them.

  2. Check whether teachers' TCs are Centerm CT5x00 or CT6x00 (running Windows). If they are not, replace them.

  3. Check the server configurations based on the number of students in the classroom. The following tables provide recommended configurations.

    • Small classroom: One 2288H V5 server using Intel Xeon Silver 4114 (2.2 GHz/10-core) CPUs, supporting 35 student machines and one teacher machine at maximum

Checking the software

  1. Check whether the versions of software downloaded to local PCs are included in the FusionAccess Desktop Solution V100R006C20SPC100 Version Mapping.

    • (Mandatory) FuisonCompute: The download software packages FusionCompute x.x.x _CNA.iso, FusionCompute x.x.x _VRM.zip, and FusionCompute x.x.x _Installer.zip.
    • (Mandatory) FusionAccess : FusionAccess_Euler_Installer_ x.x.x.iso, FusionAccess_Windows_Installer_ x.x.x.iso, and FusionAccess_Plugin_ x.x.x.zip.
    • (Mandatory) TCM: ZT-TCM_3.x.x (You need to decompress it to obtain the template of the KVM version.)
    • TC system: ZT3200_ x.x.x.zip (If the default TC system version is not a desired one, upgrade it.)
    • CloudClient version: Client_for_windows_v x.x.x.zip and Client_for_AndroidTC_ x.x.x.zip (If the default version installed on a TC is not included in the version mapping list, upgrade the client. For a teacher' TC, you can click the upgrade button on the WI to upgrade the client. For a student's client, you can use the Sunniwell TCM to push-upgrade the client by referring to Maintenance Instructions.)
    • (Mandatory) Mythware version: Student_2.7. xxxxx.exe and Teacher_2.7.xxxxx.exe.
