Checking System Installation

Checking System Installation

After the active and standby servers form an HA system, verify the system to ensure that it functions properly.

  1. Use PuTTY to log in to the active eSight server as the ossuser user through the system IP address.

The default ossuser password is Changeme_123.

  2. Run the following command to check the system running status:

    > cd /opt/ommha/ha/bin

    > ./

Information similar to the following is displayed:

    NodeName ResName ResStatus ResHAStatus ResType
    ha1 MySQL Active_normal Normal Active_standby
    ha1 NMSServer Normal Normal Single_active
    ha1 RMFloatIp Normal Normal Single_active
    ha2 MySQL Standby_normal Normal Active_standby
    ha2 NMSServer Stopped Unknown Single_active
    ha2 RMFloatIp Stopped Normal Single_active

If information displayed in the ResStatus column is similar to Table 6-1, the system is installed properly. Otherwise, contact Huawei system engineers for help.
