Selecting Multiple Associated Reports to Create a Dashboard

  1. Choose Report > Report from the main menu.

  2. Create a dashboard.
    • Click at the upper right corner of the manager.
    • Click on the Welcome tab page.
  3. Set dashboard parameters and click OK.

  4. On the dashboard, click to select associated reports and configure the association among the reports.

    The imported reports can be associated only when they have the same fields.

    1. Configure link filtering for the secondary report.

      Click at the upper right corner of the secondary report area, and choose Edit report to open the secondary report. Right-click the dimension to be linked and choose Filter from the shortcut menu. On the page that is displayed, set the fields to be linked and save the report.

    2. Set the linkage parameters of the primary report on the dashboard.

      In the Objects area, select the report that serves as the main report and set linkage fields on the Link Settings page.

    3. Click Apply. The linkage field in the primary report is displayed as a link.

    4. Set the linkage relationship for the secondary report.

      In the Objects area, select a report that serves as the secondary report, and configure the linkage relationship on the Parameters page. Click Apply. The linkage relationship is established.

    5. Click the link field in the primary report. Data in the secondary report is updated.
