The Business Service Management overview shows the operation tasks in various O&M scenarios. The O&M personnel can perform these tasks.

Before performing Business Service Management operations, you must understand Business Service Management concepts. For details, see About Business Service Management. Understanding these concepts helps you avoid errors when performing Business Service Management operations.

The Business Service Management operation panorama presents the end-to-end processes and tasks in each O&M scenario, as shown in Figure 1.
