Managing Activation Code

Activation code management allows you to generate and manage terminal activation code on eSight, it is possible to access terminal devices to the conference by using activation code.


You have obtained the User Name, Site Number, and Password for terminals to access to the conference.


  • Devices supporting activation code management include TE10, TE20, HUAWEI Bar 500, HUAWEI Board, HUAWEI Box 500, HUAWEI Box 700, and HUAWEI Box 900.
  • The activation code management function is available only for admin user.


  1. Choose Resource > Collaboration > Collaboration Management > Terminal Device Management from the main menu.

  2. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Terminal Device Management > Resource Management > Terminal Activation Code.
  3. Manually add or import the terminal activation code resources.

    • Manually adding terminal activation code resources:
      1. Click Add and enter related parameters.
      2. Click OK.

        The newly added number information and the generated activation code is displayed on the interface.

    • Importing terminal activation code resources in batches:
      1. Download the template and enter parameters following the template instructions, and save the settings.
      2. Click Import, select the configured template, and click OK.
