Basic Concepts

Before using telepresence conferences, you need to know basic concepts about telepresence conferences, such as the diagnosis template, diagnosis source, diagnosis source group, and health, which will help you quickly use telepresence conferences.

Description

Diagnosis source

A diagnosis source is a device supporting SLA, such as a router or switch.

Diagnosis source group

Multiple diagnosis sources constitute a diagnosis source group, providing the conference assurance and routine network diagnosis functions.

Diagnosis template

A diagnosis template is a set of specific network links and service quality test instances (testing indicators such as packet loss rate, delay, and jitter) carried on the links.

Weight

The weight indicates the importance of indicators in test instances. A greater weight of an indicator indicates a larger percentage of the indicator.

Health

The compliance indicates the ratio of the actual network quality to user's expected quality, in percentage.
