Setting the Level for a Conference Site

Four levels can be set for conference sites. You can define names for conference site levels and select a level name when creating a conference site.


  1. Choose Resource > Collaboration > Collaboration Management > Network Element Device Management from the main menu.
  2. In the navigation tree on the left, click Network Element Device Management > Telepresence Conference > Site Maintenance.
  3. Click Level.
  4. Set names for conference site levels.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click OK.
