How do I handle a performance indicator collection exception?


Rectify the exception as follows:

  1. Check whether the IP address of the NMS server is changed. If the IP address of the NMS server is changed, use the IP address change tool to update the IP address and restart the NMS.
  2. Verify that the devices are online. The NMS cannot collect performance data for offline devices.
  3. Verify that the performance tasks created on the same device are not too many. If the performance tasks are too many, an exception may occur.
