Diagnosing Services

Diagnosing Services

You can use the service diagnosis function to detect IPSec VPN service links to know network connectivity and locate faults.

Procedure

  1. Choose Resource > Network > Security Business > IPSec VPN Management from the main menu.

  2. Use any of the following methods to diagnose services:

    • Choose Service Management > Service Group from the navigation tree on the left, select the service group to be diagnosed, and click to diagnose all services in the selected group.
    • Choose Service Management > Service Group from the navigation tree on the left and click a service group. Then select the check box for a service and click to diagnose the selected service.
    • Choose Service Management > Service Topology from the navigation tree on the left. In the service topology, right-click a service link and choose Quick Diagnosis from the shortcut menu to diagnose the service.

    A progress bar shows the service diagnosis progress. After diagnosis is complete, all diagnosis results are displayed in the diagnosis result list.

    NOTE:

    During service diagnosis, you can click Cancel Diagnose to end the process. If you close only the page, the service diagnosis process runs for 10 seconds in the background and then ends. After service diagnosis is complete, you can click Start Diagnose to diagnose the service again.

  3. (Optional) Click to export diagnosis results.
