Service Channel Diagnosis

Service Channel Diagnosis

eSight enables you to diagnose the communication status between the devices of a service channel.


  • You have logged in to the eSight client.
  • You have been assigned the operation rights.


  1. Choose Resource > eLTE > Fault Diagnosis > Service Channel Diagnosis from the main menu.
  2. Click and enter the basic information about service channel.
  3. Click Confirm.

Only DBS3900,eCNS600 and eCNS610 devices are supported.

Follow-up Procedure

You can perform the following operations on the Service Channel Diagnosis page.



Set parameters

  1. Click.
  2. Enter Diagnosis Parameter, Ping Threshold and Signal Threshold according to the actual needs.
  3. Click Confirm.

Query task

You can perform this operation to query information about service channel diagnosis tasks.

  1. Specify the search criteria, including Channel Name, Device Name, IP Address and Channel Status.
  2. Click Search. Information about the task you query is displayed.

Delete task

You can perform this operation to delete configuration files information about service channel diagnosis.

  • Delete a single task.
    1. Click in the Operation row of the target task.
    2. Click Yes in the Confirm dialog box.
  • Delete multiple tasks in a batch.
    1. Select the tasks you want to delete.
    2. Click.
    3. Click Yes in the Confirm dialog box.

Start task

Click in the Operation row of the target task. The task will start immediately.

Query result

  1. Click in the Operation row of the target task.
  2. The result of the task will display in new page.
