How Do I Solve the Problem that After an IP Phone Is Scanned and Added to eSight, the Phone Is in the Default Group, and After a New Group Is Created for the IP Phone, the Phone Cannot Automatically Move to the New Group

Answer

The phone does not automatically move to the new group because Process Heartbeat Messages is disabled for IP phones and eSight cannot process the phone's heartbeat. It is recommended that you enable Process Heartbeat Messages for IP phones. After the phone moves to the new group, disable Process Heartbeat Messages to avoid any impacts on eSight performance.
